JPay & Securus Update: Exciting News for You and Your Loved One
Hello from Bail & Rescue,

We want to keep our clients informed about updates that might help them stay connected with their loved ones. JPay and Securus have announced that paid Video Connect services are now fully available at all facilities that offer this feature. This means you can once again schedule video sessions with your incarcerated loved one, subject to facility policies, just like before November 19, 2024.
​
To schedule a session, simply log in to your JPay or Securus account. If you’d like more information about changes to Video Connect due to recent FCC rulings, JPay and Securus have provided an easy-to-understand FAQ on their platforms.
